We really were surprised to have such a beautiful view from this condo. We were there during the 4th of July and the fireworks were spectacular! The unit was decorated very nice and was furnished well, with plenty of towels and supplies. All the furniture was very nice and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony with their very nice patio furniture. The kitchen had all the necessary pots and pans and very nice dishes. Our one concern was that we had to purchase an additional pass for our family's vehicle for the week. Being on the 21st floor was great! We would like to rent again and recommend this condo. Kathy S

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in at the beach. Bright, open concept, gorgeous views from the incredible wrap around balcony and it was a nice complex! The beach wasn’t nearly as packed as it is down right on the strip, no fighting for a spot for our canopy. We could be right up front to watch the kids in the water. And the water was so so clear! The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, and even a waffle maker! (Which was great because we had forgotten ours at home!) Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nicely done. Everything was great! We will definitely be returning next year. Also, the owners were very prompt in responding to questions we had before and after booking. We loved every second of this years vacation!

What an incredible condo!!! I booked this unit with Evelyn for my husband, our 11 year old son, and my parents for our Spring Break vacation. I wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of PCB - and I can't even explain how absolutely AMAZING it was!!! Evelyn was very VERY accommodating - and we were lucky enough to meet her as well! The pictures of the view do not do it justice! You can literally see EVERYTHING! The huge wrap around balcony was perfect for morning coffee, sunsets and everything in between. The Master bed even had motion LED Lights underneath! If you have to get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, you could see where you're going - BRILLIANT!! (When we got home I actually purchased lights for under my bed at home - can't wait till they arrive!) I cannot wait to book my next vacation to Panama City Beach. I guarantee you I will be booking this same unit again! Thank you Evelyn, we had a fantastic time and look forward to renting from you again!! Lyndsay Hall and Family Dallas, GA

It is a beautiful condo and a beautiful beach. The weather was perfect except for one morning it rained but then cleared off for another lovely afternoon. Definitely will be back.

Very nice place. Really like the condo, beautiful view, lots of towels, and paper goods. Lots of necessities in the kitchen. Very nice and clean and tastefully decorated. Comfortable and the TVs were good. Hot tub and heated pool a bonus this time of year. Liked the restaurant/bar right next-door. Patches down the street has great pizza. All within walking distance. We will tell all our friends.

Really love Panama City Beach. Really love Panama City Beach. This was our first stay in the area and we can’t recommend it enough. Everything was close around us including other activities and day trips. The condo was awesome. Love to being up high to capture the long view of the beach and city lights at night. Condo was very pretty and comfortable. Everything we needed. Lots of towels and supplies. Kitchen had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the metal sculptures. Big screen TVs in the bedrooms as well. Made for lots of privacy in the evenings. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and they were heated. The other people staying at Seychelles were very nice and courteous. Sunshine’s every day. Rain lasts for 30 minutes. The best vacation in recent memory. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks very much for sharing.

We loved the location. We loved the location. The beach, and Schooners made for a perfect destination. We enjoyed being able to walk the beach although it was a little cold for anything else. We didn’t mind because it was really warm on the balcony and sunny every day. All the windows made for a great view day and night. We usually stay in a one bedroom that sleeps six but we won’t do that again. This was awesome. More room and it didn’t feel like a closet. Thanks for sharing the place. It was great.

Amazing! The view from this high is spectacular, and the beauty of the property made perfect harmony. The stay here Evelyn was absolutely perfect. My husband and I will love to come back here frequently to enjoy this beautiful decorated apartment that sets it apart from others that we've stayed at. It truly complimented the beautiful scenery from this height. We enjoyed watching the schools of fish, dolphins, and the picturesque view we never got tired of watching. I'm so glad we rented yours on the corner that gave us the freedom to walk along outside terrace that wraps around the building. Our only regret is we slept so well and never got to see a sunrise :/ But the sunsets are particularly striking, when the light shimmers gold on the water. We did enjoy sleeping with the sound of the waves crashing and the veiw from the bedroom was so relaxing!!! They are so many places within walking distance for shopping and eating which I'm sure I'm going home heavier. Thank you again Evelyn for answering all my questions, you have been very helpful through this experience and a blessing to my family. We look forward to coming again.

Early in the morning, late in the Evening, no better place. Breath-taking views. Really nicely appointed accommodations. Comfortable beds. High quality sheets and towels. Quiet. Did I mention the breath-taking views? I will stay here again. And again. This will now be my favorite vacation spot in the South. Once word gets out about this newly remodeled space....I'm going to book early for next year.

I will definitely be back! We had such a nice vacation here. The unit has recently been completely remodeled with perfect taste! No more 80s beach wicker decor like the place we used to stay! Quiet, and the views! Spectacular! I might have to come back twice a year to recharge!

Beautiful Condo ~ Loved our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We loved our vacation. The view was everything you described. The condo was so clean. The furniture is new and nice. Beds are comfortable. The full size washer and dryer was so much better. There were adequate supplies and many things we expected to buy like laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. Linens were nice and enough of them. We loved this end of the beach. It is quiet and the traffic is so much easier to deal with than the west end. Schooners is good and fun and right next door. Makes happy hour and lunch so handy while enjoying the beach. We will come back to this condo next time and will book early so we don't miss our dates!

Remodeling was done when I got here and how beautiful it is.The furnishings and art work are exquisite with no detail left out. I read that the beach here is the 5th nicest in North America and I can see why. Overall my stay here was the best vacation ever. Lots of fine dining and night life. Definitely 5 stars plus.

That View !!! The view from up there is crazy good. If you find yourself bored for a second go outside and look around. I was out there several times a day just looking around PCB, over the lagoon, the bay, the bridge, panama city, friggin everywhere. Schooners is right next door and that's where all the locals hang out. This place is a no brainer. I will be back.

Love PCB and these accommodations! Thanks a bunch for letting us stay in your "Million Dollar View" and it truly is! We didn't realize how much we would love being so high up. You can see 17 miles down the beach to the west. Seychelles location is quieter and we liked that. We really appreciated how clean everything is and nicely furnished. Even the bunk beds were comfortable. No waiting for an elevator, or hearing it. Super quiet. We thought we were the only ones here! Can't wait for summer weather. Hope to get back in July! Save us a spot!

Simply Gorgeous! Beautiful decorating! CLEAN! I didn't want to leave the condo. The view is amazing 24 hours a day! The lights of the city going west along the beach is breathtaking. The 21st floor really expands the view. We saw a whale that we found out later was a very rare "Right Whale". Also dolphins playing together in the water. I didn't realize how much difference being high up would make. We were very comfortable and liked the beds. There were lots of linens and paper goods. The colors of the condo is soothing and makes you feel like the water is all around you. TVs are new and modern. The internet speed is fast and we experienced no buffering. I loved the art work. So contemporary and well done. I can't say enough. I am making reservations for summer/fall. I can't wait to get back here. Thanks for sharing your amazing place!

Beautiful place with a Beautiful view!! The views are spectacular, but the luxury stay begins with the eclectic design of the condo, you couldn't feel more at home. Just minutes from the downtown nightlife and a smorgasbord of entertainment options, you never have to stray too far from your balcony view.
