Please remember that "Million Dollar View~2109" is NOT a RENTAL. It is NOT an "investment property". It is our privately owned BEACH HOUSE that we are sharing with you. We are hard working people with a dream. We want to be able to spend some of our working years before retirement on the beach. In order to do that we must have help with the expenses associated with such an amazing place. Please keep this in mind while you are staying at our Beach Home and treat it with care and consideration. It is greatly appreciated.
Cancellation Policy: Guest may cancel outside of 90 days prior to the start of Rental Period with a 100% refund, minus a $300 cancellation charge. No refunds are provided when you cancel less than 90 days prior to the start of Rental Period.
* Owner reserves the right and sole discretion to offer a re-book in the off season if there are exceptional circumstances.
Minimum age of Tenant is 25 years.
Rules of the Owner and the Seychelles Condominium.
Occupancy: Million Dollar View: maximum 6 occupants. If you bring guests that are not on your rental agreement, you will be ask to leave without refund or recourse.
Balance of reservation is due 90 days prior to start of the Rental Period. Only valid, non-expired credit cards are accepted.
A Security Deposit of $500 - $1000 will be required. This deposit will be refunded 5-7 days after check out if the Unit is returned in clean and undamaged condition.

- Check in 4 PM or after - Please do not arrive earlier - $100 per hour or part of an hour will be charged
- Check out 10 AM or earlier - Please do not check out later - $100 per hour or part of an hour will be charged
- NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY
- Outdoor noise remains at a reasonable volume at all times, to permit the quiet enjoyment of neighboring properties. No music on the outside balcony.
- Guest signing the lease will personally occupy premises for duration of stay
- Pets or other animals are strictly prohibited on the premises, indoors or outdoors at the Seychelles Condominium. Service Animals are not permitted as my family is allergic and this is my private home. You will be required to vacate immediately and lose your reservation without refund/recourse
- NO FISH or other odorous (stinky) foods cooked in the condo. An electric skillet is provided to cook on the balcony. Thank you.
- Wrist Bands are provided for 6 guests.
- Parking Permit is $35 per stay. Only one parking permit can be issued during May 25 to August 1st. (This is an HOA rule and exceptions are never made.) Other times 2nd passes may be issued at the discretion of the HOA office and must be ordered at least one week in advance of the reservation. Off site lots are available for extra cars, and will incur a fee of $5 - $20 or more per day.
